Connecting and Using the Speaker

  1. a Charge the speaker before using it and connect the speaker to an AC adapter (not supplied).
  2. b Charging a smartphone ([ See “Charging a smartphone on page 27.)
  3. A Press the Power143622.png button on the speaker to turn it on.
  4. B Connect the smartphone to the DC IN terminal via the USB cable. The smartphone starts to be charged.
  5. c Connect the speaker to a smartphone via Bluetooth ([ See “Connecting Smartphone to the Speaker via Bluetooth on page 14.)
  6. A Press the Power129959.png button on the speaker to turn it on. The lighting Indicator blinks.
  7. B Press the Settings128687.png button on the smartphone and select Bluetooth. Turn on the Bluetooth function. (Off128730.png > On128740.png)
  8. C Find “xboom Bounce” on the device list on the smartphone and connect to it. Once the smartphone is connected via Bluetooth, the lighting Indicator will turn on.
  9. D On the smartphone, play a music of your choice.
  10. d Connecting the LG ThinQ app ([ See “Installing app on page 20.)
  11. A Find the LG ThinQ app on the Google Play or App Store and install it on your smartphone.
  12. B Run the LG ThinQ app and use more features. (EQ, Party Link, Lighting, Sleep Timer, Setting etc.)
