Resetting the Product - LG Sound Suite AI W7 Wi-Fi ACTIVE SUBWOOFER

If the network connection is unstable, you will need to reset it. If the Wi-Fi network has been changed, you will need to reset the product and connect it to your smartphone again.

How to reset

  1. a Press and hold the Button 3153.png for at least 10 seconds.
  2. b During the reset, the indicator will blink white rapidly.
  3. c Once the reset is complete, the lighting indicator will turn amber, and all wireless network settings on the product will be cleared.

Once you reset the product, you will also need to reconnect the product to the smartphone via Wi-Fi on the LG ThinQ app.

How to deactivate the wireless network connection(s).

Press and hold the Button 3196.png for about 3 seconds to turn off the product.
