Recording to USB

You can record music or sound source to USB device by connecting in to the port on the receiver. (Can be used only when AUX, FM function)

  1. a Connect the USB device to the receiver.

  1. b Press the Function152743.png button to select a function (AUX or FM) you want to record.

  1. c Start the recording by pressing USBREC. on the remote control. When recording in progress, “.” only blinks.

  1. d If you want to pause, press the OK150876.png button on the remote control. “REC.” blinks.

  1. e To stop recording, press STOP or USBREC. on the remote control. It’ll be stored as follows.

To select recording bit rate

  1. a Press and hold USBREC. on the remote control for 3 seconds.

  1. c Press USBREC. on the remote control to finish the setting.

  • The bit rate value is displayed on the status display. For example, BR 128 is means bit rate 128 Kbps.

  • Only FAT16/FAT32 formats are supported during USB recording. NTFS format is not supported during USB recording.
  • If you press the INFO button during recording, the progress time will be displayed for 3 seconds.
  • Do not remove the USB device or turn off the receiver during USB recording. If does not, an incomplete file may be made and not deleted on PC.
  • If USB recording does not work, the message like “NO USB”, “USB ERR”, “USB FULL” or “NO REC” is displayed on the display window.
  • Multi card reader device or external HDD can not be used for USB recording.
  • A file is recorded by 512 Mbyte when you record for a long term.
  • The maximum recording capacity at one time is 512 MB.
  • You may not store more than 2,000 files.
