Deleting a file/folder or format

You can delete file, folder on your USB or format the USB.

1. a Plug the USB storage device into the USB port on the front of the receiver.

1. b Press the Function button repeatedly until “USB” appears on the status display.

1. c Press the the DELETE button repeatedly. The display changes cyclically in the display window as follows.:

• DEL FILE?: Select the file you want to delete.
• DEL FOLDER?: Select the folder you want to delete.
• FORMAT?: Select to format the USB device.

1. d To delete file/folder or format, press the OK button on the remote control.

Note

If you want to exit the current mode, press STOP on the remote control. Do not extract the USB device during operation. (play, delete, etc.) Regular back up is recommended to prevent data loss. The delete function may not be supported according to the USB status. (lock, etc.) Only FAT16/FAT32 formats are supported deleting a file/folder or format. NTFS format is not supported deleting a file/folder or format.
