Installing app

Use the various functions of the speaker on the LG ThinQ app.

To install the LG ThinQ app, scan the QR code with an app or install LG ThinQ on the Google Play or App Store.

Please check the following first.

  • The LG ThinQ app is available in the versions listed below.
  • Android™ OS: Version 9.0 or higher
  • iOS OS: Version 15.0 or higher
  • Minimum supported versions for each OS may change later.

Downloading with a QR code

  1. a Scan the QR code with a QR code scan app.
  2. b You will be directed to the page where you can download the LG ThinQ app. Tap the app to install it.

Downloading in Google Play or App Store

  1. a Go to the Google Play or the App Store on your smartphone and search for the LG ThinQ app to install it.
  2. b Run the LG ThinQ app and log in to the app with your account. If you don't have an account, you can also create a new one.
  3. c Press the add (o) button and follow the instructions on the LG ThinQ app to register your product.
