Using Sound Follow

Sound Follow is a feature that uses UWB technology to detect the listener’s position and shift the sweet spot accordingly.

  1. a Select the image with the speaker layout on LG ThinQ app.
  2. b Select [Set Position] in the Sound Follow feature area. Spatial audio is automatically optimized based on the current location where the user is holding the smartphone.

  • • To return to the default position set during Dolby Atmos FLEXCONNECT connection setup, select [Restore position] in the Sound Follow feature area.

  • • The Sound Follow feature is available on smartphones equipped with UWB. (Refer to your smartphone manufacturer’s manual for information on whether UWB is supported.)
