Resetting the Product - LG Sound Suite AI M7 / M5 Wi-Fi SPEAKER

If the network connection is unstable, you will need to reset it. If the Wi-Fi network has been changed, you will need to reset the product and connect it to your smartphone again.

How to reset

  1. a Press and hold the Power 142392.png button on the product for more than 10 seconds until you hear a sound signal.
  2. b All button backlights blink four times, and all wireless network settings and volume configurations on the product will be cleared.

Once you reset the product, you will also need to reconnect the product to the smartphone via Wi-Fi on the LG ThinQ app.

How to deactivate the wireless network connection(s).

Press and hold the Power 142400.png button for 3 seconds or longer to turn off the product.
