If you experience the following symptoms while using the product, please check them again. They may not be malfunctions.

Symptoms

Solutions for Your Earbuds

If the power doesn’t turn on

  • Cause: The battery may be low.
  • Solution: Check the battery level and charge it if needed.

If you can’t make calls with the earbuds

  • Cause: Your smartphone might not support the hands-free function.
  • Solution: Ensure your smartphone is compatible and check the battery level. Charge the earbuds if necessary.

If you can’t register the earbuds with your smartphone

  • Solution: Make sure the power is on by opening the charging case.
  • Ensure the earbuds are in search mode. To activate search mode, touch and hold the touchpad on either the left or right earbud for 3 to 5 seconds while they are in the charging case.

If you’ve replaced the earbuds or are experiencing operational issues (factory reset)

  • Solution: Touch and hold the left or right touchpad of the earbuds for more than 10 seconds while they are in the charging case.
  • The battery status indicator on the charging case will blink red, indicating that the factory reset is in progress. After the reset, please reconnect the earbuds.
