If you experience the following symptoms while using the product, please check them again. They may not be malfunctions.

If the power does not turn on |

If a call cannot be made with the earbuds |

If you cannot register the earbuds into the smartphone |

If you have replaced the earbuds or have problems with operation (factory reset). |
