Battery Information
A rechargeable battery has a long service life if treated properly. A new battery or one that has not been used for a long period of time could have reduced capacity the first few times it is used. Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures, never above +122°F (+50°C) or below +14°F (-10°C). For maximum battery capacity, use the battery at room temperature. If the battery is used in low temperatures, the battery capacity will be reduced. The battery can only be charged in temperatures between +32°F (0°C) and +113°F (+45°C).
[For coin battery application]
- Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations and keep away from children. Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate.
- Even used batteries may cause severe injury or death.
- Call a local poison control center for treatment information.
- The compatible battery type is only VDL 1240H
- The nominal battery voltage is 3.85 V
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat above (manufacturer’s specified temperature rating) or incinerate. Doing so may result in injury due to venting, leakage or explosion resulting in chemical burns.
